Upon entering this corner location, I was greeted with a smile and hello. I checked in with the young lady at the counter and she instructed me to place my pizza order and then come back over to her. The process was easy. I ordered the Route 66 pizza which consisted of red peppers, mozzarella, pepperoni, and red chili pepper flakes. To top it off, I asked for the roasted garlic drizzle. To wrap up my order, the Elite experience included a cookie and beverage. I chose the oatmeal raisin cookie and Ginger Berry Lemonade. Everything was delicious. The pizza with thin crust, the right amount of sauce, bite to pepperoni ratio, and peppers were just right. The nice size cookie was soft and yummy. I'm still sipping on the beverage which is lite and refreshing.

This place has the most satisfying pizza I've had in a long time, it's always hot the moment you pick it up in shop and is just the right temperature to house it once you have your show queued up. On the fun occasion I have leftovers, it reheats perfectly in the toaster oven. Service at this location is on point, Alex and the team are killing it out there! I still miss the naughty knots they discontinued, but won't hold that against them. Their other desserts hold up, my new favorites are the fruity rice crispy jawns. I'm also a fan of their sodas, but I hear they're coming out with new drinks soon. Can't wait!
There’s a guy there named Darren & he’s hands down the most down to earth intelligent employee there. If they took tips I would’ve hooked him up. He’s the only one who took the time to figure out my issue with me online order. He deserves a raise or to be honest, a promotion. He can do much better than the position &pizza has given him. Best of luck to him.
Every time I come in for lunch, Darren is always so pleasant and provides A1 customer service.

Only a few barstools at this location but it was a short walk to enjoy a nice picnic in Rittenhouse Square
I ordered the Lil Roni. It was bigger than expected, piping hot, and was delicious. The staff were very friendly and the food was served quickly. No complaints. Excellent value.
The folks at &pizza were great! I ended up changing my order and they rolled with it like pros. I had a lot of questions and they had all the answers. I recommend the spicy red sauce - it adds a good kick to the pizza, even when reheated. But by far, the knots were the best. The Garlic Knots and Naughty Knots both tasted great and they reheated well up to two days later. My only regret is how long it took me to finish everything; but then I did get to see how well things survived reheating. I'm coming back to the Rittenhouse location on my next trip to Philadelphia!
Always be thankful for the people who serve your food. Everybody did a good job knocking out service with a new POS system and dealing with online and in person orders simultaneously. Food industry is one of the hardest industry to work in and many time you don’t get thanks for the work you do. Everyone who worked tonight deserve a raise or at least deserve to be recognized for their hard work!
